PilotLend is built with your privacy in mind. We operate on a simple principle: we collect as little information as possible, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.

This policy explains what information, if any, is collected when you use PilotLend, and how it is handled.

PilotLend does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, including:

• - Your name, email address, or phone number (unless you submit the contact form)
• - Your income, debt amounts, or financial details entered into the calculator
• - Your IP address or precise location
• - Your browsing history outside of PilotLend

All calculator inputs and results exist only in your browser session. Nothing you enter into the mortgage calculator is ever sent to our servers.

PilotLend may use your browser's localStorage to remember your calculator preferences (such as previously entered values) across sessions. This data lives entirely on your device and is never transmitted to us. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.

If you use the AI assistant feature, your questions are processed to generate responses. These conversations are not permanently stored, linked to your identity, or used to build any user profile. Each session is independent and not retained after you close the page.

If you submit a message through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools in the future to understand how PilotLend is used (e.g., which pages are visited most). If we do, we will update this policy. Any analytics would be aggregate and anonymous, never tied to individual users.

PilotLend does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use any third-party advertising networks. Any cookies used are strictly functional and necessary for the site to operate correctly.

PilotLend may use third-party infrastructure services (such as hosting providers). These providers may have access to basic server-level logs (e.g., request timestamps) as part of normal hosting operations. They are not permitted to use this data for any other purpose.

PilotLend is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of PilotLend after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
